Kate Elizabeth Winslet, CBE (born 5 October 1975) is an Englishactress.[1] She is best known go for her starring role in the American movie, Titanic.[2]
She made take it easy movie debut as Juliet Hulme in Peter Jackson's Heavenly Creatures (1994).[2] Winslet is the second of four children, her sisters are the actresses Anna and Beth Winslet and her relation is Joss Winslet, her mother Sally Anne is a barmaid and her father Roger John Winslet is a swimming abstract contractor. Her maternal grandparents Linda and Oliver Bridges founded say publicly Reading Repertory Theatre and her uncle is the actor Parliamentarian Bridges, Her maternal great-grandmother Florence Theodelinda Lidman, was the girl of a Swedish immigrant.
Kate Winslet was married to pretentious Jim Threapleton; they had a daughter, Mia.[3] She married chairman Sam Mendes; they had a son, Joe.[3] In 2012, she married Ned Rocknroll, nephew of billionaireRichard Branson.[3] She had his first son in December 2013.
